Introduction
This policy explains what information Emport Group ("EMPORT", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies only to this site, not to any other channel through which you may contact us.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your full name, email address, and message, plus phone number and company name if you choose to provide them. We do not require you to create an account or provide any payment or identification details anywhere on this site.
We also briefly process your IP address at the moment you submit the form, solely to apply a rate limit that prevents automated spam submissions. It is not stored alongside your enquiry.
How we use your information
Enquiry details are used only to respond to your message, understand what you need, and follow up about procurement, supply, or service requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How your information is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in a secure database and are also emailed to our team so an enquiry is never missed, even if one delivery method fails. Access is limited to EMPORT staff who need it to respond to enquiries.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie in use is a strictly necessary one that remembers whether you've unlocked a password-protected preview of the site, it contains no personal information and is not used for tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
